RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are considered final once the files have been delivered to the customer.
If you experience any issue receiving, accessing, or downloading your files, please contact us and we will gladly help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds may be approved within 30 days of purchase only in cases such as:
- Corrupted or incomplete files
- Technical delivery issues
- Duplicate purchases
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Failure to read the product description
- Personal preference after download
If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
